Product Description
Aromatic prepolymer which contains diphenylmethane diisocyanate.

Features and Benefits
Ficus granules combines and binds RIM polyurethane parts such as , sponge clippings particulates. Binder which cures with moisture in the air is a low viscosity, solvent-free binder. It combines and binds particles such as rubber granules, RIM polyurethane parts, sponge threads. It can also be used as adhesive and as a primer for insulation purposes.

Application Instructions
In molded productions, rubber granules and binder are mixed into molds and pressure is applied to this admixture. Molded parts are obtained in the form of lock stones. Then they are added to each other in the application area and the floor is covered with this. Good Results are seen in 12-15 minutes, at 160 bar pressure and 130oC mold temperature at 12 to 15 minutes. Binder rate which is going to be used in mold applications should not be lower than 5%.

On-site applications; The rubber granules are mixed with the binder and applied to the floor. The ground is corrected with finisher and is expected to cure. For this application, the floor must be pre-corrected and cleaned of oil, dirt, dust and chemicals. It is strongly recommended that the rate of the Binder should not be lower than 20%. (For EPDM or SBR granules it should be used up to 20% of the amount of kg to be used. 0.8 kg EPDM for 1 mm thickness, 1 kg SBR is used.) This form of production is appropriate when the ficus sp granules are 3 - 4 mm diameter. As the size of the rubber granules becomes smaller, the amount of Binder that is required will increase.

Surface and Ambient Temperature: +10°C - +30°C

Application Methods / Equipments
The Surfaces should be clean, dry, smooth, free of any kind of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent and similar anti-sticking materials. Carefully remove all loose particles and dust. Foreign materials should not be added. The surface temperature should not be less than +10°C and more than +30°C. If it is not between these values, please wait until the appropriate temperature. Surface should be dry and moisture content should not be more than %4 for concrete surfaces. Ambient air humidity should be at least 40% and at most 80%. It is recommended not to start without waiting for the appropriate air humidity values.

It should be protected from direct sun light, rain, strong wind, snow, frost and also high temperature (+35°C and more) after the application.

Cleaning and cleaning of Equipment: Immediately after application, before hardened, the skin which has contacted with the product should be washed with soap and water. Also the equipment should be cleaned with Tekno Thinner P before hardened. After the product is hardened, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
