Teknorep 520 ex repair mortar is a cement-free product, consisting of pozzolanic-hydraulic lime, metakaolin, micronised carbonates, graded limestone ,fiber and siliceous aggregates (0-2mm), with whitish to light brown color. It has compressive strength > 15 MPa and is enlisted as mortar of masonries type M15 (ΕΝ 998-2)
Application Fields
Teknorep 520 ex repair mortar is used for the strengthening of wall facings in bricks, stones and double-skin constructions of historical structures, especially where the load bearing function of the carcass has been lost or reduced due to discontinuity. It’s a product with high mechanic strength, high adhesion, contains low water-born salts and high permeability rate of the vapor.
Generally Uses For
• Strengthening or repairing historical structure
• Basis for existing historic masonry walls
• Filling the great holes. (with adding aggregates of appropriate particle size at a 35% of the dry mortar, for widths thicker than 5 cm)
