Product DescriptionIt is a polyurethane based, one component, fast curing wood adhesive. It provides high resistance to water and adhesion.
Areas of Usage• Bonding wooden materials to each other,
• Bonding of many materials such as concrete, metal and polystyrene foam,
• Fixing raised floors with mechanical stabilizers,
• In boat and furniture manufacturing,
• Used in bonding works that require water resistance.
Features and Benefits• It has high adhesion strength.
• Fast curing.
• It is resistant to moisture.
• It has low viscosity and is easy to apply.
• It is water resistant.
• Can be applied on slightly damp surfaces.
• After the product is applied, it acts as a filler by swelling
Application lnstructionsSurface Preparation: The surface must be cleaned of all kinds of substances that prevent adhesion like; dust, dirt and oil, and free from loose and volatile particles.
Surface and Ambient Temperature: +5°C - +30°C
Application Instructions: Lightly moistening the surfaces before application will increase the adhesion performance. For strong adhesion, at least one of the surfaces must be porous. Especially when bonding metal and smooth surfaces, the surface should be moistened. The adhesive should be applied as a thin layer on one or both surfaces. Surfaces should be pressed within 2 minutes. Excess glue can be wiped off as it will swell, and should be kept fixed until it dries.
Application Method / Equipment: It can be applied with a brush.
Consumption: 0.150-0.200 kg/m² (may vary depending on the surface.)
Cleaning: The newly applied adhesive can be cleaned with acetone.
Application Notes / Restrictions• Storage above +35 °C and below -10 °C may shorten the shelf life.
• Pressing time; It depends on the humidity and temperature of the environment and how porous (absorbency) the materials to be bonded are.
• Since the adhesive dries with the help of humidity in the air, the shelf life may be shortened after the product is opened. Make sure that the package is tightly closed after use.
