Product DescriptionIt is a polyurethane based, one component fast curing adhesive with moisture in the air. It provides high speed, thixotropic and very strong adhesion.
Usage Areas
• Bonding of many building materials such as concrete, metal, wood, marble, ceramic and polystyrene foam,
• Bonding porous and non-porous surfaces,
• Horizontal and vertical surfaces,
• Assembly and manufacturing works.
Features and Advantages
• It has high adhesion strength.
• Cures fast.
• Translucent.
• Short open time and short pressing time,
• It is thixitropic and does not flow.
• It is water resistant.
• It can be applied on slightly moist surfaces.
• Gap filling feature,
• It is odorless, does not contain solvent.
Application Instructions
Surface preperation: The surface must be free of all kinds of substances that prevent adhesion, dust, dirt and oil, and free from loose and volatile particles.
Surface and Ambient Temperature: +5°C - +30°C
Application Instructions: Lightly moistening the surfaces before application will increase the adhesion performance. The surface should be moistened, especially when adhering metal and smooth surfaces. In the form of adhesive, it should be applied to each other in zigzag or strip form. The surfaces should be pressed within 2 minutes. It should be pressed for 15-20 minutes.
Application Method / Equipment: Silicon Gun.
Consumption: 0,150-0, 200 kg/m2(It can be change related to surface)
Cleaning: Cleaning: Freshly applied surfaces can be cleaned with the help of acetone.
Application Notes / Limitations
• Storage above +35 °C and below -10 °C may shorten the shelf life.
• Pressing time; It depends on the humidity and temperature of the environment and how porous (absorbency) the materials to be bonded are.
• It should not be used for bonding nylon, ABS, PTFE, Polyethylene, polypropylene surfaces.
• Since the adhesive dries with the help of moisture in the air, the shelf life may be shortened after the product is opened
