Product Description
Teknobond 220 is a two component unsaturated polyester resin based quick drying adhesive system specially formulated for fixing Marble / granite to each other & along with bolts to fix the Marble vertically on exteriors of big buildings.

Application Method
Surface Preparation: Remove the loose and weak layer on the marble, granite and concrete surface, using a wire brush.

Preparation of Mix & Application of Glue: Stir the Resin in the container to make it homogeneous in case of any phase separation or soft settling. 3% by weight of Hardener is to be mixed with the Resin. If the weather temperature is high lesser (1-2%) of Hardener will suffice. Take a clean Plastic or Metal plate and a flexible putty spreader for mixing. Scoop out requisite quantity of Resin on to the mixing plate. Take out appropriate quantity of Hardener. Blend the hardener into the putty thoroughly, using the putty spreader. This shall be achieved within a minute. Immediately apply the mix on the marble and press the marble on to the concrete surface to achieve the bond

Surface and Environmental Temperature: At least +5 °C to +35 °C
