TSE Document
Two components high performance cementitious, flexible adhesive with reduced slip and extended open time for large-sized ceramic, granites, porcelain ceramics and natural stones.
Areas of Usage
• Exterior bonding of all types ceramic granite or porcelain ceramics sized 40x40 cm up to 30 meter and 60x60 cm up to 15 meter height.
• Bonding of tiles on places subject to heavy traffic like shopping malls, hospitals and schools.
• For interior and exterior applications on cementitious renders, cementitious screeds and concrete.
• On the floors with floor heating, in heated pools, in thermal pools, on the walls and floor coverings in cold storages.

Application Instructions
Surface quality: The surfaces should be clean, smooth, sound and at the sane time level, weak parts should be removed and damaged surfaces should be repaired with TEKNOREP. There should be no grease or mortarrust on the surface.
Surface Preparation: If applied on marble, ceramics and pellets, the surfaces should beroughened. Concrete floor should be damp but there should be no water accumulation.
Mixing: Pour 25 kg of powder component into 5,8 litres liquid component and mix slowly until obtaining a homogenous paste free from lumps. A low speed mixer is recommended to mix. Allow to stand 5 minutes and after 1-2 minutes remixing, the paste is ready for application.
Application Notes / Restrictions
• The product may be irritating to the skin. Work clothes, protective gloves, masks and glasses must beused.
• A protective cream can also be applied before starting. In case of mortar contact with eyes, eyes should be washed immediately with warm water and consult a doctor.
• It must be protected under ambient conditions below (+) 5°C, the product should be covered with nylon or exposed to freezing by spreading heat insulation plates.
