Product Description
Cement based, high performance, flexible, rapid setting adhesive far ceramic tiles.

Areas of Usage
• Adhesion of absorbent wall ceramics to the concreteand plaster surfaces in interior places.
• On applications on gypsum plaster, gypsum panel, gas concrete and smooth concrete
• Usedfor bonding ceramics smaller than40*40cm.
• it is ideal for placeswhere it is required to be put into service in a day

Application lnstructions
Surface Quality: Surface must be clean, smooth, free from oil, dirt and rust. Weak parts must be removed and damagedsurfaces should be repaired with TEKNOREP.

Surface Preparation: lf the application is applied on marble, ceramic and paledian surfaces, the surface should be roughened. The concrete floor should be moist, but there mustn't be any puddles on the surfaces.

Mixing: Pour6.0- 6.5 it of clean water into a clean mixing container. (Be surethat the water must be at room temperature; not hat or not cold). Add TEKNOFAY RAPİD (25 kg kraft bag) into the water and mixed it with a low speed mixer until you get a homogenous, workable admixture. Minimum mixing time must be 5 minutes. After mixing it, wait for 3 minutes without mixing it. Then mix it again far 2 minutes until you get a homogenous admixture.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life: 12 months under proper storage conditions after production date. it should be stored in its original unopened package, in a cool and dry environment and should be protected from freezing.

Application Notes / Restrictions
• During the application, a protective apparel, protective gloves, goggles and masks which complywith the Occupational Health and Safety Rules should be used.
• The mixture should not come into contact with skin and eyes; in case of a contact, the affected area should be washed with plenty of water and a physician should be consulted immediately.
• After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high airtemperature, rain and frost.
• it must be protected under ambient conditions which is below (+) 5°C. To protect it from the cold weather orfrost, cover itwith nylon or heat insulation plates.
• At temperatures above (+) 35°C, it must be protected . To protect it from the hot weather, cover it with nylon or heat insulation plates. The product should not be exposed to sudden waterloss.
• Do not add any foreign material in it.
• Tofillthejoints, waitat least 24 hoursafteryou appliedTEKNOFAY RAPİD.
• Hands should be cleaned with water and detergent before curing. Before it hardens, wash soiled hands and skin thoroughly in hot soapywater.
• Clean tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use. ünce hardened, product can only be removed mechanically.
