Description of Product
Solvent free, water-based, one component, solution used for hardening and stabilizing or anti-dusting all kinds of soils and aggregates.

Application Procedure
Teknolatex 550, is a concentrated ready to use solution.
It can be thinned with water depending on the condition of the surface to be applied. To prevent dusting, 8 - 10 lt of water can be added to 1 lt of Teknolatex 550 and it can be applied with a brush roller. For dirt roads, an average of 1 - 3 lt of water is added to 1 lt of Teknolatex 550.
Teknolatex 550 is mixed with water that is determined according to the type of soil and it is brought into solution. The mixture is applied on the soil surface by spraying method. Spraying is continued until the ground is sufficiently moist.
Teknolatex 550 applied soil is compacted via a cylinder. The application surface can be opened to traffic after 7 days

Notes on Application / Limitations
• The area must be free from rain and frost for a minimum of 72 hours after the application.
• Application area should be completely dry and free from water.
• The application surface can be opened to traffic after 7 days. Heavy loads must not be carried on the area before this period is completed. The time may be longer or shorter depending on weather conditions.
• The product may irritate the skin. Wear protective gloves, eye protection or face protection. Protective cream can also be applied to the hands before starting work.
• In case of contact with eyes rinse cautiously with warm water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• After the application, it hardens immediately. Hands and skin should be washed thoroughly in hot soapy water.
• Clean tools and equipment with clean water immediately after use. Once hardened, product can only be removed mechanically.
