Polymer Based, Waterproofing and Bonding Admixture

Areas of Usage

Application lnstructions
Substrate Quality: AII surfaces should be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, cement laitance and all loosely adhering particles. Absorbent surfaces should be saturated thoroughly. But there must not be anyfreewater left on the surface.

Admixture for Mortars: Consumption is arranged according to amount ofwater in mortar prepared. Rate ofTEKNOLATEX 600/water is ranged between ı /2 andı /4. Mortar at consistency of plastic is obtained by mixing prepared liquid and powder mixture prepared before. After 24 hours you can walk on cement based grouts prepared by TEKNOLATEX 600 admixture. Final strength of TEKNOLATEX 600 added mortars is gained in +20°C after 28 days.

Admixture for Plasters: Consumption is arranged as to amount of water in mortar prepared. Rate of TEKNOLATEX 600 /water is ranged between ı /ı O and ı /20. Trowel consistency mortar is obtained by mixing prepared liquid and prepared powder mixture. Surfaces should be wet before applic ation, and TEKNOLATEX 600 solid mortar should be applied on moist surfaces. But there must not be any free water left on the surface.

Using As Primer : Mix water and TEKNOLATEX 600 according to rate ofTEKNOLATEX 600 /water is 1/ 4 or 1/8. Apply it to floors with the help of roll or brush. Fresh concrete has to be placed on that primed surface before it dries. The primer solution should be spread evenly over the prepared floor surface using asoft brush or spray, avoiding ponding, and allowto become touch dry.

Substrate and Ambient Condition: +5 °C - +35 °C

Cleaning of Tools: Clean all tool s and application equipment with TeknoThinner immediately after use. Hardened/c ured material can only be mechanically removed.

Packaging: 30 kgs Plactic Bucket, 1 tons IBC.

Shelf Life: 12 months from the production date in dry and moisturefree ambient. Package should be kept tightly closed when not in use. Packages should be protected againstfrost.

Application Notes / Restrictions
• Foreign material should not be added.
• Do not apply underthe rain .
