Product Description
Teknoflex is waterproofing material that polymer modyfied bitumen based, resistance to enviromental condition.

Areas of Usage
• Concrete and concrete coated surfaces
• Wood and metal surfaces ( Zinc, Iron )
• Aerated Concrete
• Asbestos modified cement plate
• Repairing or fixing of bitumen membrane and Shingle connections
• İnsulation of buldings bases aganist under ground water
• For the application of underground and above ground, on the vertical and horizontal surfaces.

• Teknoflex is suitable underground application,
• Teknoflex does not affect from the microorganisms and harsh underground water
• It has strong adhesion properties to various surfaces that dry, semi dry, absorbent and nonabsorbent
• Teknoflex does not have peeling or swelling affect over time
• Teknoflex can be used in the insulation of radial foundation alone or as a system packet of TEKNOFAST waterproofing material.

Application Method
The surface to be applied TEKNOFLEX can be dry, slightly humid or without water lake. If there are water pressure from negative and efflorescence, the product should not be applied. The surfaces to be applied must be clean, the derbis must be repaired.
Teknoflex adhesion performance is sensetive to, calcium carbonate, calcite, oil, rast, that have negative affect on the adhesion performance. In the case of primer must be used, TEKNOFAST waterproofing material can be used as primer to improve adhesion performance, the recommanded consumption is 150-200 g/m2.
TEKNOFLEX is ready for use, it should not be diluted. The application can be made by brush or roller as 2-3 layer or by squeege at once, the waiting time between the layer may vary due to the weather condition approximately 12-24 hours. If needed the corner and connection detail can be forced by polyester felt (50 to 75 g/m2). The polyester felt must be laid to the first coat afterwards. After the completion of curtain wall insulation at under ground application, the coated surface must be protected by extruded polystyrene boards,drainage sheet etc.

Application Notes / Restrictions
• In the case of rainly, frost weather condition the application must be postponed,
• During the application process personel protective clothes and protective gogless should be used
• The product is ready for use, it should be avoided to add some metarilas extarnally.

Storage Conditions / Shelf Life
TEKNOFLEX conatiner should not be stored under direct sun light and should be protected againist frost ,the recomanded storage temparature is between (+10°C) – (+35°C). Due to the above mentioned condition, the shelf life is 12 month.
