• Epoxy or other coating applications should be done by qualified persons. Industrial flooring applications require specialization. • Even the smallest error to be made causes a breakdown of production. Before application, you should consult with a qualified company that you trust in its expertise in epoxy coatings.
• Surface preparation is half of the work, a very meticulous work is required when preparing the surface.
• Do not apply on damp, wet or frozen surfaces.
• If there are areas with negative humidity or water effect, necessary precautions should be taken.
• Epoxy based products have limited processing time after mixing. At high temperatures, this time decreases and at low temperatures it extends. This should be taken into consideration while manufacturing, as much material as you can apply must be mixed.
• Reaction epoxy should not be applied in the mixing vessel. Mixing ratios must be strictly observed.
